The beginning of 2017 until end of April 2017 was the top of the Top of the Toronto Real estate market. Houses sold fast, in bidding wars and over the asking price. That is now three years ago ( seems like yesterday). As one can see the prices are climbing once again. Last month the average price has surpassed the average price of February 2017. 
NOW is a good time to sell.  We are happy to provide more details.
