9 detached homes were sold in November in the area, versus 10 in October. The lowest price went up by 30% and the highest price by 36%, however the median price is down by 3.25%. 

Right now there are 13 detached homes for sale in the area, that is down by 50%. Due to the holiday season there a fewer new listings, the sellers wanting to wait for the new year. 


13 semidetached homes were sold in November in the area, versus 6 in October. The lowest price went down by 21%, the highest went down by 2 %, however the median price went up by 10%.  Right now there are 10 semidetached homes for sale, that number is down by 26%. 


There are fewer homes for sale right now, which is traditionally the case around this time of the year. We are ready for a very active season in the beginning of the year.
